February 2011 CTA Program Training

The Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program trains those in the local tourism and hospitality industry about the importance of tourism, facts about Anaheim/Orange County and how to use resources to enrich visitors' experiences

Classes will be offered to all community members involved in the Tourism industry (taxi drivers, hotel staff, attractions, police, fire etc.). There will be an initial registration fee for the four-hour training class. A $25 annual renewal fee will apply. CTA's will receive special offerings throughout the year in additon to invitations to attend special CTA Program networking events. The program is designed for everyone including frontline staff, management and executive staff!
